You will need to oxygenate large volumes of wort in a sterile, precise and timely fashion to achieve a good fermentation. 

  1. Simply fill your conical with chilled wort post boil. 

  2. Make sure your blow off tube is already attached, emptying into a bucket of sanitizer.

  3. Attach our carb stone to the racking port and use the gas post to attach a line of O2.

  4. Open the butterfly valve and open (turn on) the oxygen tank. 

  5. Let oxygen diffuse into your beer for 40 seconds to a minute. 

  6. Close the butterfly valve 

  7. Remove the gas line

  8. Remove the stone for cleaning

  9. Feel free to pitch your yeast after this has been achieved
