Sometimes we get questions about our pumps not priming and pushing liquid fast enough. This is why we supply our systems with bleeder valves on the pumps! Below is a procedure on how to use them correctly!
The best way to bleed the pump is to open the valve below the pump till all the air runs out of the line behind the pump. It may be necessary to allow some spillage as well to make sure the pump is wet and spinning liquid (shouldn't take much). The other crucial step is to make sure all valves ahead of the pump are open.
