To achieve optimal carbonation depending on the style of beer you are brewing, we recommend following our carbonation chart.

To use the chart:

Based on beer style, verify your goal for volumes of CO2
Using your cold crashed temperature, find the necessary PSI level to match your intended volumes of CO2
