We are excited to offer both a single batch panel and double batch panel for the Spike Nano System. The double batch panel allows the brewer to heat both the HLT and BK simultaneously. This can come in handy when brewing two batches in a row to save time, or to heat cleaning water in HLT while boiling.

  • Both panel options are available in both 208V and 240V.
  • Both panel options available in both single phase (standard configuration) and three phase.
  • Please specify voltage of your building so correct elements can be sent.
  • International Version Available as well

Single Batch Panel

  • 4 wire; hot, hot, neutral, ground
  • Full load amperage @208V = 77.5A
  • Full Load Amperage @240v = 68A
  • Single direct feed required (from panel to breaker box, no outlet)

Double Batch Panel

  • 4 wire; hot, hot, neutral, ground
  • Full load amperage @208V = 135A
  • Full Load Amperage @240v = 118A
  • Dual direct feed required (from panel to breaker box, no outlet)

*All work should be done by a qualified electrician in accordance with local and national electrical codes

Cord Lengths

  • Power Cord - Electrical Panel to Junction Box - Length determined by your electrician, length may vary.
    • This connection will be hard wired by your electrician, no wall outlet is needed on the Nano.
  • Heating Element Cords - Electrical Panel to Boil Kettle - 2 x 8 Foot Cords
    • These are not hardwired. They are twist lock connections at the electrical panel and at the heating element.
  • Heating Element Cords - Electrical Panel to Hot Liquor Tank - 2 x 15 Foot Cords
    • These are not hardwired. They are twist lock connections at the electrical panel and at the heating element.
  • Temperature Probe Cables - Electrical Panel to each Kettle - 3 x 12 Foot Cords
    • These are not hardwired. They connect at both the electrical panel and the kettle/plate chiller.
