• Our kettle adjustable and non-adjustable face thermometers are both optimized to be used in typical mash temperature ranges.  
  • The screw on the back allows you to adjust and calibrate the needle in case it is no longer reading accurately.
  • Using a separate thermometer, we recommend verifying the temperature of your mash.
  • If it is off, simply use a screwdriver to move the needle to the temp it should be at and you should be set!
