The Steam Condenser Lid will use 15-25 gallons of water depending on the size purchased. The water exiting the SCL will be quite hot and we recommend capturing this to use as cleaning water. 

  • 15 Gallons per hour – 10, 15 and 20 gallon kettles
  • 25 Gallon per hour – 30, 50 gallon kettles, Nano kettle
